About this Project

One of the main processes of implementing packages with a budget value ranging from 200 million IDR to more than 100 billion IDR is procurement by tender or selection method. The process of submitting tenders / selections from each regional apparatus to the Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit (UKPBJ) is still done manually and using paper.

The Katingan Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit (UKPBJ) provides solutions by utilizing technology so that each regional device can make submissions through the SIPENSILPBJ application. The SIPENSILPBJ application has successfully cut the tender/selection submission process time from an average of 2 (two) days to less than 6 (six) hours.

The SIPENSILPBJ application also has several other internal applications to support the administrative process so that this application becomes a super app.

Development Strategy

The SDLC used is Agile-Incremental. Many stakeholders will use this application, so the process of requirement engineering and testing is always carried out in every development process.

SIPENSILPBJ has been made major changes up to 3x (v3) until it becomes a stable version.
Furthermore, socialize or provide explanations about the application to all internal staff and then to external stakeholders.

In all development processes, due to the limited human resources in the IT Software Engineering field in the Katingan government office, all Development Level's roles were carried out by myself.

Front-End: Laravel Blade with Premium HTML5 Template, Javascript.
Back-End: Laravel with Module-based applications, Admin Panel style.
