About this Project

The Road Traffic and Transportation Forum (FLLAJ) is a joint effort of the Department of Transportation, the Police, and the Department of Public Works to be able to control, and be more responsive in coordinating each agency in dealing with various problems that occur in the field.

This website was created as a center for complaints from the people of Malang Regency regarding traffic and roads, complaints will be directly responded to by the authorities through the website. In addition, the website is an information center for documents and activities from the FLLAJ institutions.

The public complaint website has successfully cut the complaint processing time from an average of 1-2 working days to less than 2 hours.

Development Strategy

The SDLC used is waterfall. The user requirements have been defined in the analysis stage so that the design and implementation process can be carried out.

Front-End: HTML5 and Javascript.
Back-End: Codeigniter, Admin Panel style.
